Buški and Tata made a surprise trip to Serbia... a surprise for Buški, but a surprise for Baka too.
Here we are at the airport in New York, full of enthusiasm. Buški LOVES to travel (or as he says "trebble").

Layover in Vienna, just kicking back and relaxing with Meda...

... and a bit of playing, too.

Though a flight from Vienna to Belgrade is a short one, Buški managed to squeeze in a nap.

Finally in Novi Sad, really tired though.

In the village, for the first time in the fall.

Tractors are always intriguing.

Jet-lag gets you sooner or later...

Yes, it is a ski mask, but we'll pretend it's hockey equipment.

Nikola and Darko's girl Lena... Luka was shy and hiding somewhere.

Playing tennis with Baka...

... and exercising a bit.

Always good to see Aki.

Finding "bubamara" (ladybug)...

... and sharing with Jelena.

Checking out the estate.

Mmmm, pear, right off the ground!

First looking for flies...

... then looking for walnuts.

Going for a ride!

Helmet just doesn't seem to sit right.

Going for a carnival ride.

Sadly, leaving on a sunny Sunday morning. Meda and Buški were checking out our ancient Fokker airplane.

Nap - why not?

Another layover in Vienna...

Riding the train at JFK - Nikola looked really serious; he really gets in this "traveler" mode.

Long flight behind us, and four hour drive home ahead of us, not a happy face - but another great trip!
